Integrated Lifestyles offers its' staff the flexibility with the hours they work. Shifts are set to suit each staff and or client’s availability in addition to the direction of Integrated Lifestyles. An employee may have the option to work as little or as much as they feel the need to do each week. From a mother working around her children being in school to a student working around classes. Integrated Lifestyles works with that flexibility (if possible) when not many employers can.

Candidate must be able to:
- Provide a clean criminal record check, and be bondable
- Have own transportation to travel to/from customers’ locations
- Provide a reliable, quality service, with professionalism, and maintain a healthy & positive attitude towards clients
- Fulfill the physical demands of the job with attention to detail and thoroughness
- Follow and adhere to standard policies and procedures, be adaptable
- Listen and follow instructions with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Work unsupervised, individually or with others while giving respect and compassion to others & their property
- Ensure honesty, integrity, confidentiality and security of the clients, company & staff
- Follow all company safety and security procedures
- Provide a WHMIS certificate and first aid certificate.
